This would be the common “About me” section. Only this site isn’t about me…
It’s about something far greater. Something greater than I could possibly ever even imagine.
It’s in honor of our creator, the Almighty God, whom I serve.
Okay, so a couple of sentences about me then…
I’m one of those “new age to Christianity” kinda women. There’s quite a bit of details that goes into how I got involved with new age to begin with. (The plan is to share more on this site as I go along.) But suffice to say that new age is sneaky. Really sneaky.
In my case, it started with yoga. Sounds innocent, right? Some stretching (that was much needed for me at the time), a bit of nice smelling incense, soft music – you get the picture.
Innocent? Wrong.
Let me tell you that this is a huge portal to God-knows-what. The practitioners are literally honoring gods/demons. Personally? I had NO idea what I was chanting about (again, sounded nice). No idea what I was getting myself into….
And the whole new age thing just got, slowly but surely, more.
Until one day I found what I had been unknowingly been on the look out for – my savior and redeemer Christ Jesus.
I’ll tell you more about all that’s happened, that is happening as I get to know more about my savior, and what I learn as I go along.
But for now….let’s get this started. Praise the Lord!
